GECA designs

The following collection of furniture has been accredited with the GOOD ENVIRONMENTAL CHOICE LABEL [GECA 28-2008 – Furniture and Fittings] and is a premium design collection of International furniture brands. “The GECA certification is an Australian environmental labelling program that certifies the environmental performance of these products and is extensively used as the basis for “green” procurement in Australia. The Good Environmental Choice Label is the only environmental labelling program in Australia which indicates the environmental performance of a product from a whole of product life perspective for consumer goods. The label is awarded to products that meet voluntary environmental performance standards which have been created and assessed in conformance to international environmental labelling standards [compliance to IS0 14024]. Good Environmental Choice Australia is an independent, not for profit organisation. The Good Environmental Choice Australia label is recognized by architects, manufacturers, designers and building industry professionals as the leading whole-of-life-cycle labelling program in Australia. Where the label is displayed, it acknowledges the products as meeting or exceeding the voluntary environmental product standards set by GECA” (Source: Kezu Furniture). The supplier of this collection will, at the end of a product’s life cycle, take back products [delivered at Customer’s expense] and refurbish/re-use or dispose of or recycle in an environmentally friendly manner.

Pauli is interactive: its shape can vary and shift, depending on which hanger is used! The structure is made of natural oak. 		2. Tab Stools / Tables - $ Manufactured by Sancal and Designed by Nadadora Studio - A playfully quaint collection of stools and small tables whose base is inspired by ‘trobos’' - - a Spanish word that used to describe hives made from hollow logs, very typical of the northern Iberian Peninsula. The base is a curved chestnut sheet. Two heights for the base and two diameters for the top expand the possibilities for stools and tables. The collection is available in a wide range of shades: tenuous colours for discreet environments and bright colours which contrast with the wood.
